1. Privacy Policy

BMR Spain informs website users and customers about its policy on the processing and protection of personal data that may be collected whilst browsing and/or contracting services through BMR Spain’s website.

In this regard, BMR Spain ensures continuing compliance with current legislation on protection of personal data, including Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data and Royal Decree 1720/2007 of December 21, approving the implementing regulation of the LOPD.

The use of this website signifies acceptance of this Privacy Policy.

2. Collection, purpose and processing of data

BMR Spain must inform our website users that personal data may be collected, either when sending an email or filling in the online forms on our website. In this regard, BMR Spain shall be considered as the data controller of the data collected through the means outlined above.

BMR Spain shall also inform users about the purpose of processing the data collected, including: Responding to users’ requests, inclusion in the contact list, provision of services, managing business relationship and other purposes.

The processing of personal data shall include, inter alia, any action, process and/or technical procedure performed using any automated and/or non-automated means to collect, store, modify and/or transfer personal data.

All personal data collected through BMR Spain’s website that qualifies as processing of personal data shall be incorporated into the files submitted by BMR Spain to the Data Protection Agency.

3. Disclosure of information to third parties

BMR Spain informs users that their personal data will not be transferred or disclosed to third parties, except where the law requires such transfer of data, or where the provision of service makes it necessary to establish a contractual relationship with a data processor. In the latter case, BMR Spain will transfer the data to the third party only with the explicit consent of the user.

4. Rights of the users

The Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, on the Protection of Personal Data, gives data subjects the possibility to exercise a number of rights related to the processing of their personal data.

In so far as the user’s data is subject to processing by BMR Spain. Pursuant to current legislation on protection of personal data, users may exercise their right to access, modify, cancel and oppose the processing of their data.

Requests to exercise these rights must be submitted in writing to the following address, providing proof of your identity (ID card or passport): BMR Spain, Calle: C/ Santa Natalia 17, B 28043 Madrid, or the address that appears in the General Data Protection Registry. This request should include the following information: User’s full name, right(s) you wish to exercise, address and supporting facts.

Only the data subject may exercise these rights. Nonetheless, the data subject may appoint a legally authorised representative to exercise these rights. In this case, the documents supporting the authorised representation should be provided.
